AGREEMENT ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Applicant and
Connecting Talent ("CT"). By accepting this Agreement, the Applicant acknowledges
and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Consent to Data Processing:
The Applicant hereby irrevocably consents to the processing of all personal and, if
applicable, company-related data provided. This consent includes, but is not limited to,
the transfer, storage, public display, sale, and any other lawful activity involving such
data.

Accuracy of Information:
The Applicant represents and warrants that all information and data provided under this
Agreement is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

Job Opportunity Listing:
The Applicant agrees that the listing of the job opportunity shall be provided free of
charge for a period of six (6) months from the date of posting. Following this period, a
fee of EUR 4.99 per month shall apply. The Applicant may terminate the listing by
providing at least one (1) month’s advance written notice of cancellation.

Finders Fee:
In the event that employment or any contractual engagement is secured through the
referred job opportunity, the Applicant agrees to pay CT a finder’s fee equal to ten
percent (10%) of the first year’s gross salary. This fee shall be payable within three (3)
months following the execution of any labor and/or service agreement, disbursed in
three equal monthly installments.

Disclaimer of Employment Guarantee:
The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that CT makes no representation or warranty
regarding the Applicant’s eventual employment. CT shall not be liable for any actions or

omissions of any referred employers and expressly disclaims any warranties, whether
express or implied, concerning the performance, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a
particular purpose of such employers. The Applicant is solely responsible for conducting
all necessary due diligence regarding any referred employer. Any finder’s fee paid under
this Agreement shall be non-refundable.

Termination by CT:
CT reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion upon providing
one (1) day’s written notice to the Applicant. Upon such termination, CT shall remove
the Applicant’s entry from its website.

Confidentiality:
The terms of this Agreement shall remain confidential between the parties, provided that
CT is entitled to disclose such terms to potential employers and/or service contractors
as necessary.

Acceptance and Governing Law:
By clicking "Accept" the Applicant confirms that they have read, fully understand, and
agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, and any disputes arising hereunder
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Latvia.

By accepting this Agreement, the Applicant acknowledges that they have carefully read
and fully understand all the provisions contained herein.
